After many years of using, the wheels on the end carriages are wear out and the motors often stop. Since it’s an old type overhead crane, there is no such wheels and motors now, but the rest part like main girder is still fine, so he decide to buy a new pair of end carriages to replace the old ones. And this type end carriage need to be customized now. When he request Demag to design a new end carriages for this crane, the price is very high, so he turned to us for help.
