Crane model and working condition analysis
The customer's two bridge cranes will be installed in the scrap iron factory for grabbing/absorbing scrap iron, so the QN type dual-purpose bridge crane is selected.
The full name of the QN bridge crane is a dual-purpose bridge crane, which can be equipped with magnets, grabs or hooks for different load handling.
That is, on the basis of the QD double-girder bridge crane, the installation position of the cable reel is reserved on the trolley, which is used to supply power to the grab (generally an electro-hydraulic grab) or an electromagnet. All electrical components are also relatively larger than the general QD bridge crane, and the power of the hydraulic grab and electromagnet must also be considered.
The other parts of the QN bridge crane are the same as those of the QD type. The lower part is a hook, which can be hung with an electromagnet or a hydraulic grab bucket at any time. The left side of the picture below is for reference.

Comparison of QN bridge crane with QZ grab crane and QC electromagnetic crane
This qn type bridge crane is more flexible to use. It can lift general heavy objects, and can also be equipped with grab buckets or electromagnets to lift scrap iron, etc.
Different from QZ grab bridge crane, this crane is equipped with grab by default without hook. The wire rope drawn from the drum is directly connected with the pulley of the grab bucket, which is used to grab broken items, such as sand, coal, etc. Its structure is shown in the lower right figure.
Similarly, QC electromagnetic bridge cranes are equipped with electromagnets instead of hooks by default, and QL electromagnetic beam bridge cranes are equipped with electromagnetic spreaders, as shown in the left picture.

The overload limiter shown in the above figure is mainly to prevent overload, the disadvantage is that the weighing deviation is large, but the price is cheap. It is currently the most widely used, but it can also be canceled if equipped with electronic scales.
The 20 tonne crane and crane parts are delivered in 2 different ways. One is to pack and ship crane parts such as trolleys and end trucks, and the other part is mainly related to the main girder, which is packed with rainproof cloth and shipped in bulk.
Regarding the installation of a 20 ton bridge crane.
It was promised to be installed by our engineers, and the installation fee will be paid in cash. However, due to the epidemic, the installation of a 20-ton crane by our team is no longer a proper solution. The customer also proposed that they do the installation themselves, and we will install and construct step by step.
Afterwards, we provided the customer with electrical diagrams and installation step diagrams to help Pakistani customers understand the installation difficulties. The difficulty of the customer's crane lies in the positioning of the crane motor and reducer. As we have installed similar projects in Pakistan, our client successfully installed 20 tons bridge crane after negotiating with the local project.
